Richard Kenyon started his career working ‘client side’ in the maintenance and repair team of a social housing provider. Richard then worked towards and received a first class honours degree in Building Surveying at Salford University.

Since qualifying as a professional member of the RICS in 2004 Richard has gained a wealth of experience in the commercial property arena having worked in large commercial practices, such as Cluttons, Malcolm Hollis and Deloitte (formerly Drivers Jonas).

Richard’s passion, knowledge and experience means Kenyon Gough is well placed to deliver an exceptional level of service and advice.

Lucy Gough is a Director of Kenyon Gough. She has experience of both professional and project management work. She has a particular interest in undertaking building surveys and schedules of condition.
