Project management services and procurement advice

We provide advice to clients who are looking to procure building work. The type of work can range between routine maintenance to a warehouse to fitting out a city centre office. We help the client choose an appropriate procurement route and contract to blend the key project attributes of time, cost and quality in a way which is appropriate for the client.

Depending on the scale of the project and the procurement method chosen, Kenyon Gough will either provide all appropriate professional services, such as specification writing, drawing, contract administration etc or gather a team of appropriately experienced and qualified professionals to take on the various roles.
