Condition Surveys - Sports Centre in East London

A client required a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme of their sports centre in London.

We inspected the building and highlighted the maintenance that would be required on the property over a 10 year period. We prioritised and budgeted for the work that would be needed each year within the 10 year period.

The inspection included an access audit overview. The improvements that were identified for access were also incorporated into the final PPM.
