As project managers our clients generally know what it is they want and need our services and expertise to help successfully procure and build it.
At the start of the project we will discuss and advise our clients as to the best contract choice for the job. We then consider the most appropriate procurement route for the size, budget and timings of the project:
Do we tender?
Do we use the traditional procurement route using the client’s architect/surveyor’s design?
Do we follow the Design and Build procurement route?
We know our client’s have their day job to be getting on with while a project is underway so as Project Managers we will:
Create and manage the project programme
Put together and work with a design team
Apply our technical knowledge as required on site
Ensure our clients are meeting their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
Manage design and progress meetings
Ensure the project is on track for time, cost and quality.
We enjoy working with our clients in a team, which is focused on ensuring a project is well structured from the start, well managed and successfully delivered on time.
